Paper Formatting:

Papers must be formatted with the ACM conference paper format. In the left bottom corner of the first page, delete the default copyright notice included in ACM's paper template, which look like:

Different page limits are given to different paper categories:

  • Full papers: Up to 7 pages (plus up to 3 pages with extra page charge: $130/page)
  • Short papers: Up to 4 pages (plus up to 3 pages with extra page charge: $130/page)
  • Poster/demo papers: Up to 1 page (plus up to 3 pages with extra page charge: $130/page)

Paper Uploading:

Conference registration is required to upload your camera ready paper. Upload your camera ready paper to the Confy paper management system. Make sure to use the same email address for conference registration and paper uploading.

If your paper has been accepted by the main track of BodyNets, submit its camera ready version to "Main track" in Confy. If your paper has been accepted by a special track or workshop of BodyNets, select the track's or workshop's name and submit your camera ready paper.

Choose the category of your paper as well in Confy.

  • Full paper
  • Full paper (student paper)
  • Short paper
  • Poster/demo paper

A student paper means a paper whose first author is a student. Make sure to correctly enter the title of your paper and the order of authors in Confy.

Those paper information will be directly used for proceedings production.
