Conference Invitation Letters
We will provide invitation letters to paper presenters and conference participants if needed to obtain visas to enter the US. To request a letter, contact Dalei Wang (the local chair of BodyNets 2013, daleiwu[at]mit.edu) with the following information:
- Name
- Title
- Affiliation
- Mailing address
- Paper title
Note that an invitation letter will be issued only after you have registered for the conference and EAI/ICST has confirmed your registration payment.
