Technical Session

BodyNets 2013 Technical Program (Version 16, as of September 28)

 

Paper Presentations:

20 minutes, including QAs, for a regular paper presentation
Session chair will provide a 5 minute warning
Session chair will stop presenters/questions after 20 minutes

15 minutes, including QAs, for a short paper presentation
Session chair will provide a 5 minute warning
Session chair will stop presenters/questions after 15 minutes

Presentation Equipment:

Projector
Connection to a projector
Microphone
Bring your own laptop. PCs will NOT be available at presentation rooms.

Session Chairs:

Arrive early.
Ensure your session runs strictly on schedule.
Give a 5-minute-remaining warning to each paper presenter.

Demo/Poster Presentations:

The Demo/poster session will take place during a coffee break, which starts at 4pm on September 30 (Mon).
